Coastal Keys Realty Group grew from a love of Eastern North Carolina and a belief that real estate should be about more than transactions. Based in Beaufort, we bring together experience in real estate, design, new construction, land and development to help clients make thoughtful decisions about the places they call home.
Our perspective has been shaped by years of working with properties, communities and people across Eastern North Carolina. That experience helps us look beyond the transaction itself—to understand the property, the market, the place around it and the questions that should be answered before a decision is made.

As Broker-in-Charge of Coastal Keys Realty Group, Ted works with buyers, sellers, property owners and developers across Eastern North Carolina. His approach is advisory by nature: listen carefully, ask good questions, do the homework and give clients straightforward guidance—even when the right answer may be to wait, keep looking or walk away.

Her style is rooted in classic design, antiques and the character of older homes, with a particular instinct for elegant coastal interiors that reflect their setting without feeling “beachy.” Through Jane Morris Designs, she works with clients on projects ranging from individual rooms to whole-house design and remodeling, bringing warmth, personality and a respect for the things that give a home its story.
